Rollers of different types and sizes with different threads

Purpose:

Our rollers special edition are designed to flatten cereal during flakes processing (all kinds of cereal). The rollers also can be used to crush grain at mills and feedstuff mills.

There aren't so many companies in the world which can manufacture high quality rollers like these.

SIC “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD” manufacture rollers of different types and sizes and with different threads with diameters of 160 - 600 mm.

According to their purpose, they can be conditionally divided as follows:

• The Rollers with diameter 160 - 180 mm and different lengths for cereal and mill processing;
• The Rollers with diameter 250 - 300 mm and with length of 600, 800, 1000, 1250 mm for cereal and mill processing.
  These mill rollers are designed to complete Roll mills. They also can be used to milling bulk product at other industry (distillery).
• The Rollers with diameters of 400 - 600 mm with absolutely different length and threads. They can be used to produce flakes, feedstuff and cereal. They also can be used for oil extract industry (for increase of outlet of vegetable oil).
  The rollers with diameters of 600 mm are authoring of SIC “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD”. These rollers more rigid and they have longer operation life (about 15 years including maintenance service). The rollers help to get product of high quality.
