Purpose:
Fans ВРП (Dust radial fans) is applied in the system of the dust collecting units of grain pneumatic transportation to remove wood chips and metal dust from machines.
Fans are designed for moving of dust-gas-air mixes with mechanical impurities content not more than 100 mg/m3. They are used in the systems of the pneumatic transport of grain or in the systems of machine and equipment aspiration. It used for moving air and other gas mixtures, the aggressiveness of which in relation to carbon steels of ordinary quality is not higher than the aggressiveness of air, with a temperature of up to 80 ºС. Fans are manufactured in accordance with state standard (GOST 5976-90).

Fan feed is carried out by three-phase power (neutral wire) of AC current with voltage of 380 B and frequency of 50 Hz. The specified aerodynamic characteristics are provided under normal atmospheric conditions (density 1.2 kg/m3, barometric pressure 101.34 kPa, temperature + 20 °C and relative humidity 50%). If the fans work at increased temperature or in highlands conditions, a significant decrease in pressure is possible.
Design and principle of operation:
Fans consists of: pedestal, spiral casing, work wheel (impeller), inlet nozzle, electric motor. The pedestal consists of: disc for casing fastener and frame lower engine. Work wheel is mounted on the engine roller directly.
The principle of operation of the fan is that air movement in it is achieved by transferring the energy of the work wheel rotation to it. If the impeller rotates clockwise when viewed from the side of the inlet, this is a right-hand fan. If it does counterclockwise, it is left-hand fan. The position of the fan spiral casing is determined in accordance with clause 1.13 of State standard (GOST 5976-90).
