Slide gate valve with a pneumatic drive ДУ-200 for a steamer

Purpose of equipment:

The slide gate valve is designed to separate the transported product as a block valve. It can be used in food processing, grain processing and chemical industries, as well as in different utilities etc.

Specifications:

This device used on pipelines transporting liquid, gaseous, gel-like, bulk and other products. It holds pressure upon to 1,0 MPa and temperature up to 150 ^оС. Gate slide made of stainless steel by 12 mm width. It equipped with position sensors and pneumatic drive. Opening time is 1,5-2 seconds.

This time we've got recommendation and wish to refine gate valves ДУ-200 for Steamers ПЗ-1, ПЗ-2 and ПЗ-3. It have to load or offload grain or cereal at excess steam pressure up to 0.6 MPa.

Before there was a problem that guide sleeves for sealing rings withholding became “souring” and sedentary. (Ring made of black metal). This was due to the effect of steam condensate, as well as dirt washed off by condensate from the surface of the steamed grain. It leads to lost the of vacuum of gate valves. Customer should do preventive maintenance once in two months. Taking account these details, we started to produce one more kind of gate valve ДУ-200, which have sealing sleeves and body part of stainless steel. This construction make gate valves work more reliable. Therefore, the customer will do preventive maintenance once in 6-8 months.
