Rack and pinion gate ЗРТ

Purpose:

Rack and pinion gate ТЗР is designed to adjust loading and unloading of grain and other product (including finished product) to tanks or out of tanks.

Design and principle of operation:

Rack and pinion gate consists of welded body (1), rack (2), gate (3), pinion gear (4) and wheel (5) with axis (6). The body consists of the upper and lower flanges connected by box. Guides (7) are welded to the side walls of the box. The gate has rack on his central axis. The gate is sliding along the guides. Mounting holes are drilled in the flanges, with the help of which the device is connected to the pipeline.

If you need to adjust bulk material supply, the worker make wheel move by manual. Wheel axis has pinion gear. Rotation is converted into translational motion due to rack transmission. Thus, the gate moves in the right direction. Gate opening degree sets required gap for product input.
