Design and principle of operation:

Electromechanical manual gate valve ЗРЭ consists of welded rectangular body (1), gate (3) inside of body, guide way for gate (2). There is toothed plank (4) in the lower part of gate. This plank is connected with pinion (5), which mounted to the driveshaft (6). The driveshaft is connected with the reduction gear motor (7). The gate valve can be completed with Ukrainian or imported reduction gear motor.

For motion limit of the gate, there are two limit stops (8) in the gate valve. These limit stops help to adjust the closing size of work window.
