Base configuration of Dryers ВС-10М

It`s important to whom it may concern. When a cereal mill (with cereal drying and steaming) is being built, customers often try to order low cost project including Dryers ВС-10М. As you know, these Dryers installed after steamers ПЗ in technological scheme of grain processing line.

Dryer ВС-10 is material-intensive construction and has a lot of cast iron complex casting. Standard 5-section dryer weighs 5,200 kg. We advise to order steam drying pipes and restrictive (enclosing) ramps by stainless steel. It can`t be cheap. But! Some immature customers want to have cereal mill without such necessary constructions. Further, the Customer operates cereal mill for 10-11 months a year. 2-3 years later, they turn to us with a request to replace steam drying pipes and enclosing ramps on Dryers ВС -10M from ferrous metal to stainless steel.

You should know, of course, our company performs such works too. Operating life of the Dryer with stainless steam pipes and ramps without repairs increases to 5-6 years! You can see new pipe batch for new customer on photos.

Be advised, that our Steamers have made with steam distributing combs by stainless steel for last 6 years.
