The next visiting session of «AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD» specialists took place recently for the purpose of development of measures to control the quality of technological equipment for grain processing and the implementation of new developments in production. The development of production technologies and the introduction of innovations depend on several factors. The main one is customer demand. The customer wants quantity product and high yield of finish product.

During the meeting, experts discussed all the direct and indirect effects of the development of new equipment. Specialists took into account the optimization of technological lines using new equipment.

As a result of the effective work of designers and constructors, we are ready to introduce new machines to the attention of customers:

1. Grain-cleaning separator БСХМ-50

БСХМ brand separator line is very successful project of our designers. This machine designed for cleaning grain (wheat, barley, oat, rye etc.) from the impurities, different from it in width, thickness and aerodynamic properties. The machine also can divide the grain into fractions. Separators are installed as a part of technological schemes on the lines of post-harvest grain cleaning. It can be used in elevators and mills. This machine БСХМ-50 differs significantly from its predecessors in its characteristics and it designed to improve the capacity and quality of grain cleaning.

2. Grain-cleaning separator БСХ-500

Grain-cleaning separator БСХ-500 designed for pre-cleaning (elevator mode) and final cleaning (mill mode) of grain, leguminous crops, oilseeds from the impurities, different from it in width, thickness and aerodynamic properties. They separate by air flows and sieves. They can work in elevators, flour mills, cereal mills, feedstuff mills.

3. Steamer ПЗ-6

Steamer vertical designed for hydrothermal processing of cereal grain (oat, buckwheat, barley, wheat, rice, peas, corn).
