Large supply of technological equipment in the Kursk region

Some large batches of technological equipment went to large cereal producer in the Kursk region (Russia) from SIC “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD”.

This customer has operated our equipment already. We supplied it for buckwheat mill before. At present, the buckwheat mill successfully operates and provides high-quality products to most of the region.

But demand is growing. Sales market dictates and changes its conditions. Well, our customer decided to upgrade the buckwheat mill and increase productivity due to our technological equipment.

The customer decided to increase the range of cereal also. Thereby we concluded the contract and delivered the set of equipment for oat and pea processing. And we delivered equipment for universal cereal flakes production line too.

Three big trucks carried such equipment: Steamer ПЗ-3, Steamer ПЗ-5, new Drier ВС-10М (3rd section with a cooling column and unloading device), Centrifugal sieving machine (ЦС-1М), Screw conveyors Ш-200 and Ш-160, Air vibration dryers УСХ, Hopper scales «Норма-ТМ», Grinding and flatting machine РП 400х600, Automatic managing system of cereal flaking production lines (800-1200 kg/d flakes), Peas shelling machines СИМО ЦШС-3(02), Turboseparator TС, Equipment for awn removal and polishing cereal ЦОС-1 (De-awner), Roll hullers СГР-600, Concentrator КЗХ-9, Horizontal dehuller Р3-БГО-6-01.
