We always use modern materials and technologies, which let to achieve the longest operational period. Roller cowlings are made in double layer cast iron owing to centrifugal casting method. The maximum hardness of the rollers' working surface is up to 78 Shore Hardness Degrees (HSD). This fact and water cooling of working pairs of rolls in the process of their operation provide for longer overhaul intervals. The presence of a significant reserve of the whitened layer guarantees a long service life.
