grain processing plant

«The plant in North Kazakhstan Region will produce porridge and flakes using Ukrainian equipment» - Such headlines have recently been frequently appearing in specialised information publications in Kazakhstan.

This is a large modern processing complex for the production of cereals and flakes with three independent production lines: buckwheat plant (mill), universal cereal mill to process oat, pea, lentil, wheat and barley, and universal cereal flakes processing line. All three projects are fully equipped with technological equipment from the Ukrainian company AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD. The mill is designed for a complete production cycle, from raw grain to packaged finished products with high added value.

Currently, assembling supervision work is in full swing at the plant, with expert support from AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD specialists. The importance of this stage consists in providing correct, safe and effective installation of equipment, setup and adjustment of equipment, which directly affects its further reliable operation and service life. That is why the SIC AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD prepares such big turnkey projects and, on top of everything else, takes care of the engineering works for author supervision during the installation and commissioning of grain mill equipment.

Today in Kazakhstan, based on the adopted state programme for the development of the agricultural sector, projects for the deep processing of grain and leguminous crops are being discussed at the government level. And overall, demand for agricultural products on the global agricultural market promises to grow consistently, it especially regards grain-based food products. Global grain consumption in the 2023–2024 season is estimated at 2,807 million tonnes, which is 22.1 million tonnes higher than in the 2022–2023 season. Accordingly, there is growing demand for high-quality, modern grain processing equipment. In this regard, leading specialists from AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD plan to visit a large-scale agricultural exhibition in Astana in the autumn, where several presentations and business meetings with representatives of large agricultural holdings have already been arranged.
