As we said earlier, the customer reviews and recommendations are the best efficiency evaluation of enterprises work. Based on the feedback, a new customer from Poland recently contacted our company regarding the purchase of technological equipment for pea processing equipment.

The order completed in a short time. At the moment it is ready to delivery. This equipment set consists of Air separators АСХ and original equipment of SIC “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD” (Peas shelling machine ЦШС-3 (02)).On request of the customer, we tested equipment at our production facilities in the presence of the customer.

Peas shelling machine designed and started up in 2016. This is a unique machine in terms of performance. At the same time, It performs peeling of peas and splitting it into two halves. This machine provides the maximum yield of finished products up to 87% and the preservation of the highest quality cereals.

When developing the machine, special attention taken to the convenience of working with the machine and its maintenance. Thereby, it provided:

• Arrangement of active control of working gap between rotor and deck;
• Device of the upper part of the machine for quick access to the working bodies;
• Quick-detachable output hopper;
• Revision door at body for control of working gap;
• More simple mechanism of upper drive belt tension owing to one screw pair only;
• Lubricator nipples got out to outside of body and they have free access while work even.

Equipment is high effective new product. It protected by patents and has a factory warranty. The machine is competitive due to high yield of finish product.
