Peas shelling machine СІМО ЦШС-3(02)

Purpose of equipment:

Peas shelling machine СІМО ЦШС-3 (02) consist of two working parts – rotor and upper conic deck, which placed in home bearing unit and in strong steel body. The working parts are supplied by individual drives and they may have thin control of rotational speed by frequency converter. The frequency converter is placed on electric motor.

Description of work:

Pea direct into rotor and move to upper deck through entrance jet owing to centrifugal force. Working gap between rotor and deck can be controlled owing to special screw pair on upper conic deck. Then pea is cleaved into halves owing to impact on rotor and deck. The centrifugal by revolving disk and impact force have the main effect while peas cleaving. After working gap a pea direct into output bin and then it move to output jet. There is opportunity of aspiration in output jet. In the output jet there is cargo valve which eliminate air suction in the output jet while aspiration.

While machine designing the main attention was paid to machine work comfort and service. Therefore there were designed the following details:

• Arrangement of active control of working gap between rotor and deck;
• Device of the upper part of machine (for fast access to the working bodies);
• Quick-detachable output hopper;
• Revision door at body for control of working gap;
• More simple mechanism of upper drive belt tension owing to one screw pair only;
• Lubricator nipples got out to outside of body and they have free access while work even.

Peas shelling machine test:

At the request of one of our many Customers, acceptance tests of the СИМО ЦШС-3 Peas shelling machine (version 02) were carried out for the effectiveness of peeling and cracking pea grains.

The last photo below shows half pea groats obtained by traditional technology using existing machines for peeling and chopping peas.
