Components supply for roll hullers of the brand СГР SIC "AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD" maintains the leading position in supply of roll hullers СГР-400 and СГР-600, which are designed for dehulling buckwheat, millet and lentil grains. These roll hullers are used in large industrial grain processing mills, farms and individual agricultural units.

Our company continues to export shipments. The following quick wear parts of main work bodies of roll hullers СГР have been already sent to our customers in Kazakhstan and Belarus in July such as rollers СГР-600 and decks СГР-400 and also abrasive decks СГР-400.

It is known that the efficiency of buckwheat and millet dehulling, as well as the yield and quality of the finished product mainly depend on the condition of the rollers and decks. Rollers and decks are quick wear parts therefore during the operation of roll hullers, it is important to check the condition of the rollers and decks 1-2 times a quarter. When cavities and visible stripes appear on the roller, it must be turned down to shape in a lathe (without removing it from the СГР) using a special straightening device with a diamond pencil. During this process, the straightening device is fixed directly to the roll huller’s body, the electric motor of the roller drive is started and when it rotates, the surface of the roller is treated with a diamond pencil.

According to statistics the service life of abrasive rolls is 42-48 months when leveling their surface by grinding is used every 6 months. The service life of abrasive decks is 16-20 months.

When these components wear out, their timely replacement is important, because this is the basis for high rates of finished product yield and cereal quality.
