Installation by SIC "AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD" - final preparation for the launch of the cereal line for Lestello (Poland)

In mid-2017, we informed about the start of consultations on expanding production by launching cereal lines with the Polish company Makro K&K Sp. z o.o.. The company occupies a leading position in the production and sale of cereals, beans, cereals and rice, and every year it is steadily increasing production capacity, modernizing machines and introducing a new range.

Today, the global trend of healthy food has long passed simply a fashionable direction, it has entrenched itself in the recommendations of the World Health Organization. New consumer preferences are affecting the food market like never before. A recent Nielsen study shows that 81% of Europeans try to lose weight, 65% buy foods low in fat and sugar, and 61% prefer to eat fresh and natural foods. Instant flakes are particularly popular, in particular, the customer’s bio-product line under TM Lestello, which is widely recognized in Poland and abroad. Therefore, this time the company Makro K&K Sp. z o.o. decided to increase production capacity precisely in the production of cereals.

To obtain the maximum quality and quantity of manufactured products, the company management signed a contract for "Carrying out technical advice on installing the cereal line." Thanks to qualified consultations and live inspection of the production by leading specialists of the AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD company, it was possible to select all the necessary equipment for the universal cereal line, compatible with the rest of the customer’s company equipment.

At the end of 2017, all the necessary equipment of SIC "AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD" was successfully delivered to the customer on time. A set of technological equipment consisted of:

• equipment for hydrothermal grain processing (steamer ПЗ-3);
• equipment for conditioning and drying (flaking mill ПС-400, air-vibration dryer УСХ);
• weighing equipment (dispenser weight semi-automatic "Norma-S");
• equipment for transportation, aspiration and ventilation (cyclone cleaning rig BBCp-550, dust radial flow fans ВРП - 6.3, elevators Н-5, conveyor belt ТЛБ-30).

Today, customer’s specialists, led by technical professionals of the AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD Scientific and Production Association, are conducting final commissioning works. In the very near future, the launch of a universal cereal line is expected.
