Synergy of innovations and traditions on the grain processing market in Ukraine

Cereal products are one of the most consumed products all over the world, and in particular in Ukraine. In our country in the people's diet, about 30% of the total calorie intake is formed directly through grain processed products. For example, domestic use of wheat in the last marketing year was about 9 mln. tonnes. Therefore, it is possible to say with certainty that cereals occupy an important place in the consumer basket of Ukrainians. Clearly, during the war, cereal production became a priority to ensure food supply security.

Taking into account the demand and modern requirements of consumers, Ukrainian producers combine traditions of high quality cereal production with innovations in technology, thus, periodically renewing the fleet with high-class equipment.
