Roll hullers СГР-600 and СГР-400 made by SIC “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD”, and these machines have become sales leaders. Roll hullers are designed for hulling buckwheat and millet at cereal processing facilities, small and medium size farms.
For each cereal crop, an individual approach is required in the technology of its processing, and especially it`s important in the dehulling processes.
Efficiency of hulling buckwheat and millet and quality of finish products depend on condition of working bodies, abrasive rollers and abrasive (or rubber) decks. Therefore, it`s important to change wear parts, abrasive rollers and rubber decks (for millet) timely.
Our Roll hullers are operated in in the EU countries and in the CIS countries. Some spare parts, abrasive rollers and decks for Roll hullers СГР-600 and СГР-400 have been sullied for last month in Belarus. It`s necessary to check the condition of rollers and decks 1-2 times a quarter while the operation of Roll hullers. There should be no shells or visible strips on the rollers and decks.
When they appear, the rollers must be ground with a special diamond pencil using special correct devices which we design for each of roll hullers (СГР-600 and СГР-400). By the way, during grinding you shouldn`t remove rollers from roll hullers.
For reference. In the centre of machine frame, there is a portative abrasive roller and a deck, fixed with a help of swivel joint, which allow controlling tilt angle of deck and a gap width between the deck and roller. There are installed grain surfaces and exhaust section on output. Inside the frame, there is also mounted aspiration leg for fractional separation of shuck. Distance between roll and deck is smaller than grain sizes, thus grain in operating area become clenched, and as a result of relative motion of roll surface a move of covers takes place. Roll hullers for hulling buckwheat and millet are characterized by different materials of roll and deck, from of operating hole, method of its size regulation, location of deck.
