Roller mill ВМ-2П

Purpose:

Roller mill ВМ-2П is designed for grinding grains and intermediate products of wheat milling. This machine is used in consist of equipment set at flour mills with high extra class flour output. If Roller mill has special thread of grinding rolls, the machine can be used at groats mills with high groats output.

These Roller mills consist of two autonomous parts. The main working elements of Roller mills are two couples of diagonal grinding rolls. Working surface of grinding rolls could be smooth or grooved. The roll mill is engaging by manually and it is disengaging by automatically.

Servicing mill stuff must be thoroughly familiar with rules of mill exploitation and must get to know instruction on safe working methods.

Building for place grinding equipment should respond B11-a class.

Equivalent level of noise must not be above 80 Db. Equivalent magnitude of vibration speed is 92 Db.
