KLR belt roller conveyor

Purpose:

KLR belt roller conveyor is a high-efficiency continuous transporter, despite the transported product - aggressive or sensitive. The conveyor transports the materials not only carefully and reliably, but also economically, with little electricity consumption. The belt conveyor does not harm the loose components, their integrity and appearance. It carefully transports them without significant damage and deformations.

The conveyors are used both in heated rooms and in the open air. The closed construction of the conveyor is safe, does not require additional filler structures and shelter from atmospheric precipitation or dust-proof shelters. Modular design ensures fast installation and low maintenance support. The use of reliable rubber-fabric belts made of wear-resistant materials prevents their stretching during operation. In addition, the tapes resistant to oils, fats and other aggressive environments are used.

Specifications:

Conveyors are manufactured with a trough 3-rollers support. The distance between the upper support rollers for the upper part of the conveyor belt is up to 1.25 m. The distance between the rollers of the belt return is up to 2.5 m. The deflector rollers protect the belt from sideway moving. Loading and unloading is carried out through loading funnels and unloading spouts, respectively. Driving stations are equipped with drums with rubber lining to reduce belt slippage during operation.

If it is necessary to perform unloading in several places, then the conveyor is equipped with a tripper car (manual or electric). The car moves on wheels along the rails of the conveyor and can be placed anywhere on the route.
