Notes:
* These are indicators during crushing oil sunflower seeds with uncrushed parts up to 25 % and oil dust up to 10 %, and broken seeds up to 15 %. (When the machine is processing of sorted sunflower seeds, the absolute values of technological efficiency indicators should be improved (reduced) by 1.5 times).
** When using the machine for control of husk with oil content (without wax) no more than 1 %.
*** Depending on sunflower size, the frequency can be changed from 3,17 to 3,58 С–1. Needed frequency of plansifter rotations should be installed by method of selection of replacement motor pulley (Ø 126 mm, Ø 142 mm). Pulleys are supplied by special order. There is pulley Ø 132 mm installed on the plansifter.

The machine consists of blowing device (1), drive of blowing device (2), plansifter (3) with preliminary plansifter (14), and free pipe (4). The blowing device is aspiration part of the machine. The device separated on five independent chambers. Each of the chambers has three conus parts with closed suspension valves (6) for go husk out. It also has the valves (8) for adjusting of suction air volume and the feeding valves.
The drive of blowing device is consists of fan and electric motor mounted to the hard frame. The fan drive is carried out by belt drive of electric motor. The plansifter is metal body hang up to celling frame by four steel wire ropes (9). The steel wire ropes go from the supports (10). The frame is mounted to the overlap by bolts. The ropes are attached to the sieve with locks (11) and wedges (12). There are three level of sieve frames (13) inside the body.
In front part upper the plansifter there is preliminary plansifter (14) with two levels of sieve frames. Receiving nozzle (15) of the preliminary plansifter is joined to the gravity through material sleeve with gravity which supply the product to the machine. There is outlet box (16) with overflow valves in back side of the plansifter. There are outlet nozzles of plansifter under the outlet box. The outlet nozzles of plansifter connected with receiving nozzles of the blowing device by material sleeves (17). There are bearings in the crosshead. The roller with balancers (18) rotates I the bearings. Roller rotation is carried out by the electric motor with belt drive.
The light small husk can move in slow airflow. Therefore, if the crushed product has husk and kernel particles of the same size they can be divided in the airflow clearly.
