Purpose:
The unit is intended for the production of complete loose feed according to a given recipe, satisfying the needs of all types of poultry, pigs and cattle in mineral, nutrient and biological substances.
Dosing (up to six components) is carried out by the operator under the control of the strain gauge system with indication of weight, light and sound signalling of the obtained weight of each component being ground. This machine can be used in poultry farming and livestock farming. Farmers should add necessary premixes and albumen mineral substances to feedstuff.

Machine structure:
- Receiving hopper for discharging of raw material;
- Pneumatic feeder for taking of grain and transporting it through pneumatic transport to the grinder;
- Vertical hummer mill А1-ДМ2Р for grinding of grain and concentrate high-protein meal (schrot);
- Parts of pneumatic transport for transporting grain and finish product;
- Storage hopper installed with 3 stain gauges for sequentially weighing each component of the feedstuff on electronic hopper scales, followed by inlet of a portion for mixing;
- Horizontal mixer for qualitative component mixing after its dozing. The mixer provides the ability to manually add necessary components, such as vitamins, premixes, (also the possibility of introducing liquid components);
- Filter block for air clearance while discharging broken material from grinder into storage hopper;
- Screw conveyor for finish product moving into transport or sewing machine;
- Controller with stain gauge system;
- Control cabinet.
Operating procedure:
- After input of 6-component structure in the memory of weight indication, pneumatic receiver is installed into the first raw bunkers. Crasher is turned on. The crasher takes the grain owing to pneumatic transport. Crasher grins grain and let it go to the receiving hopper. The receiving hopper is simultaneously cyclone-discharger and scales.
- If the quantity of one component raw is enough, a beep sounds. It means that pneumatic receiver should move into the second hopper etc. You can find the information about raw weight on sensor of weighing device.
- Receipt can consist of less components. Special sound signal means that grinding and weighing is over. Afterwards, you should turn on mixer drive and close valve under the mixer. Then you can open valve under the cyclone.
- There is loading device on the mixer to input small doses of additional components. You should remember that any components going through the loading device aren’t registered by weighing device. They should be weighed by other scales. After the mixing cycle is over, at first you should turn off discharging auger. Then you can open valve under the mixer. When grinding a grain group in an amount of 500 kg, the time is about 20 minutes, the mixing time is 4 minutes.
