Groats mini factory Р6-МКЦ-7 is designed to process barley, wheat, peas into the following product:

    • From barley produced: pearl barley N 1, 2 or barley cereal No 1, 2, 3;
    • From wheat produced: wheat cereal “Poltavsky” kind No 1, 3 and cereal N 2, 3 by standard ТУ У 46.22.002-94;
    • From pea produced: pea cereal (whole or half).

Note: * Percentage of outlet of whole or split rea depends on the physical condition of the grain itself and may differ from the above values.

Design and principle of operation:

Transportation of grain and products of its processing is carried out using a screw conveyor and a pneumatic system. Pneumatic system includes fan, discharger rigs, air duct pipes, gravities, product pipes with pneumatic receivers. Raw product moves from receiving hopper into pneumatic receiver by transporter. Then it goes to the buffer storage hopper.

Afterwards, the product goes to one of the plansifter body, where the sorting take place. Then the product divided on the fractions goes to the dehulling section (block of the Roll hullers). This block includes four machines after each of them there are aspiration columns. Drive of the roll hullers block is carry out by electric engine with wedge-belt drive. Milling product leaves roll hullers for the plansifter by gravity. The plansifter divides it on fractions. Finish product goes to the control cereal sifter. Intermediate fractions come back in work. All waste leave for a weighing and packaging hopper by discharging rig. Finish product packs in bags. For drive of cereal mill there are eight electric engines installed. They joined in groups in accordance with technological correlation of machines.

Cereal mill management is carry out by console. The cereal mill provides individual thermal protection for all electric motors.
