Table separator МСХ-60

Purpose:

Table separator MCX-60 intended for separation of shelled oats, rice, buckwheat and other grains on cereal and grain cleaning lines.

This machine performed according to 3rd category of State Standard (No 15150, climatic execution “У”) for domestic market and export to temperate countries. Drum Sieve should operate in working terms at the temperature from - 10 °С to + 40 °С. Relative humidity should be 80 % if average annual temperature is + 15 °С and atmosphere pressure is 650 - 800 mmHg (86,6 – 106,7 kPa).

Specifications:

Separating tables are installed at an appropriate angle to the horizon by special adjusting mechanism to dividing of raw product on two fractions. The main features for dividing product on two fractions is the difference between the density and the coefficients of friction of the sorted particles. Dividing process is depending on the forms, sizes and elasticity.

Separating efficiency is depending on sorting, which is carried out during straightforward reciprocating motion of channel. Unhulled grain is lighter, larger and smoother. Thus, it goes to the upper layer. The hulled grain goes to the lower layers. Therefore, dividing process is depending on ratio of hulled and unhulled particles. It is also depending on layer thickness between products, on bottom of separating table.
