Drum sieve ПБ-100

Purpose:

Drum Sieve ПБ-100. By pre-cleaning, the drum sieve removes coarse objects from grain. It protects downstream equipment transporting devices. It is designed for cleaning terminals, elevators, reception areas, and processing plants for grain.

The machine made according to 3rd category of State Standard (No 15150, climatic execution “У”) for domestic market and export to temperate countries. Drum Sieve should operate in working terms at the temperature from -10 °С to +40 °С. Relative humidity should be 80% if average annual temperature is +15 °С and atmosphere pressure is 650 - 800 mmHg (86,6 – 106,7 kPa).

Design and operation:

Drum Sieve consists of the following basic parts: body, sieve cylinder, drive, cleaning brush, receiving device.

The body made by stainless steel. It has working chamber with installed sieving drum. For racks with supporting plates mounted to the body. There are holes in the plates for mounting the sifter to the ceiling with bolts. The curved channels mounted to the wall of the body. These channels serve for mounting bearings and drive shaft.

The hole on the other wall of the body is designed to take on or take off sieving drum. The drive consists of planetary gear and chain gear. Sieving drum with horizontal axis of rotation is basic working part. It installed on drive shaft. Sieving drum consists of bottom, receiving sieve part with holes 25 х 25 mm and output part with holes 10 х 10 mm. Screw blade is welded onto the inner surface of the outlet part of the sieve drum. Screw blade made by steel plate and serves to accelerate the removal of impurities from the sifter.
