Purpose:

Indented cylinders БТХМ-2 (short), БТХМ-2-01 (short), БТХМ-2-02 (long), БТХМ-2-03 (long). They are used for processing grain into food products to remove impurities, different from the main cereal crop grains in size (length). It needed to remove such impurity as “Agrostémma” and “Avena fatua” etc. Agrostémma is smoller (shoter) wheat in size. Avena fatua is larger (longer) wheat in size. Besides, these machines needed for separation of intermediate products into two fractions (hulled and unhulled). Indented cylinders divide broken kernel from whole ones.

Design and principle of operation:

The main parts of the machine are: frame, cylinder, inclined groove, auger, intake and outlet casing. The grain moves into cylinder. While cylinder is rotates short impurities go to mesh. Then the impurities move up and get in groove inside of cylinder. Afterwards, they go out through auger. The groove can be rotated around the axis of the cylinder.
