- Steamer ПЗ-1 – Steamer ПЗ-1 is designed for cereal crops hydrothermal treatment to improve grain process properties and useful qualities of the finished product. It works due to excessive pressure of water vapor. It used for buckwheat and oats processing. Application area is cereal mills. It designed for steaming and drying of grain, for flakes processing, for cereal (no cooking) processing. It also use at feed mills for feedstuff processing. Steamer ПЗ-1 includes equipment set for hydrothermal treatment of grain in order to improve the technological properties of grain and increase the consumer properties of the finished product. This machine also includes necessary pressure equipment, as well as pneumatic and additional equipment. This machine including the slide gate valve ДУ-200 or ДУ-150.
- Steamer ПЗ-2 is designed for wheat, barley and peas processing. It differs from Steamer ПЗ-1 in continuous work due to construction of sluice gates. It also differs in some dimensions.

- Steamer ПЗ-5 is horizontal machine. The grain is continuously fed through unit of gate valves to cylindrical body. Then screw roller displace the grain to outlet nozzle. This outlet nozzle has got the gate valve. Depending on the required exposition and steaming level, it`s perhaps to regulate the rotation speed of screw roller. It perhaps to regulate the changes of rotation direction. This machine made of food stainless steel.
- Steamer ПЗ-6. Steamer vertical designed for hydrothermal processing of cereal grain (oat, buckwheat, barley, wheat, rice, peas, corn). As a result of the hydrothermal treatment, the dehulling coefficient increases, as well as the quality, yield and consumer properties of cereals. The grain moves from Hopper over the steamer into the inside of steamer through the inclined receiving branch pipe. Due to mixer, the grain is mixed and steam treated. Steam is supplied using special nozzles that are connected to the steam collector. Then the grain moves into the tempering hopper to finish hydrothermal treatment. Capacity of the Hopper over the steamer and the tempering hopper depend on required productivity and actual conditions of placement at the facility. To get the best quality flakes, it is necessary to install the entire hopper set and a steamer directly above the flaking mill, excluding bucket elevators.
