Impact Dehuller ШО-3Х is designed for oat grain and sunflower seed crushing at groats mills and oil extraction facilities.

Purpose of equipment:

Impact Dehuller ШО-3Х is oat dehuller. It is designed for oat processing at oat mills to get cereal or process oat into oat flour. It's successfully to use for sunflower dehulling. This machine also can be used at spelled mills. This dehuller is designed for peeling oats at grain processing plants, cereals, farms and individual farms. This machine can process buckwheat and sunflower.

The machine made according to 3rd category of State Standard (No 15150, climatic execution "У") for domestic market and export to temperate countries. Drum Sieve should operate in working terms at the temperature from -10°С to +40°С. Relative humidity should be 80% if average annual temperature is +15°С and atmosphere pressure is 650-800 mmHg (86,6 – 106,7 kPa).

Design and operation:

Impact Dehuller ШО-3Х consists of bed (1), cover (8) with bearing supports, rotor (3), motor drive, fence with inlet nozzle and valve.

The raw products move into the removable bottom (4) of the rotation rotor and distributed across channels. Product moves through inlet nozzle by gravity. Under the action of centrifugal force, the grain is speeds up along the blades of the channels and thrown onto the ring (2). As a result of the impact on it, the oat flower films (petals) are destroyed and the kernel is freed from them. Finish product moves into the outlet hopper and go out the machine by gravity.
