Impact Dehuller СІМО ЦШС-3

Purpose of equipment:

The impact dehuller is designed for high performance oats, spelled, soybeans and sunflower grain hulling with simultaneous shaking and winnowing a part of fibres and hull, for corn crushing to select germinable seeds. Rotor operating surfaces and huller decks are made of high-duty chilled cast iron. To hull other cereals the operating deck surfaces may be made of abrasive or polymer materials.

Now all Oats dehullers are “twin brothers”. The best of them provide productivity by 1500 kg/h and have dehuller ratio about 70-75% for two fractions. After Oats dehullers there is long technological chain stand in line, for example, air separators, table separators etc.

Our Impact dehuller СІМО ЦШС-3 used at many countries for several years. And we confirm that capacity of iur dehuller is about 1650 kg/h and dehuller ratio is 90-93%. Output of finish product (oat cereal) is 60-64% depending on the raw grain. Besides dehulling, Impact dehuller removes epidermis (60-70%) with husk partly (40 - 50 %) and move them into the aspiration. Therefore, Impact dehuller works like air separator. It help to reduce technological chain.
