Principle of operation:

The stages of technological process of grain cleaning are the following:

Raw grain through receiver feeder moves into mesh surface on the distributor. This surface blown by air and oscillates at an angle to the horizontal surface. After distribution section the grain get in mesh surface of the deck. Air intake is carried out by an aspiration line system through an air leveling system. Grain become fluidisation. Parts with large specific weight go down on the deck surface. Light parts pop up. The density of the lower layers is greater than the upper.

The lower layer has strong adhesion with working surface due to friction and inertia forces and moves towards the raised edge of the deck. The upper layer has small connection with the lower layers and runs down the dropped edge of the deck due to empty weight.

Destoner should be installed after separator for large impurity separating only. Because large impurities damage mesh. Light impurities clog holes of mesh and reduce cleaning result. In order to guarantee the efficiency of the separation of mineral impurities by the destoner, it must constantly have a pressure below atmospheric pressure and when connecting the aspiration to the aspiration system, it must be at least 120 mm water column.

This machine should be connected with aspiration system.

Design of Destoner:

Destoner consists of frames, deck, vibrator, deck angle adjuster, air flow control, feeder, receiver, grain distributor, vibration control, body, sleeves, pressure gauge. Air tightness working mesh is basic part of deck. This mesh blown by air. The deck mounted with movable part of the frame.

The body of destoner helps to make vacuum system volume. It serves for placing machine components on it and on it too. There are five holes of the body surface. One of them needed for connecting with grain receiver. The second needed to connect with aspiration. And three holes needed for windows. Deck angle adjuster needed to lift up edge of the deck from the exit of mineral impurities.

Receiver consists of two transparent sidewalls, cover, valve, lever with spring and fastenings. The receiver serves to evenly distribute the grain and seal the vacuum system at the loading points. Angle deck is set using the deck angle adjuster.
