Purpose:

Screw conveyor KS consists of metal closed gutter and pipe which has rotating roller with blades inside. The blades are on screw line. The gutter can be made with hatches. The conveyor is completed with easy-removable tight covers of gutter. It lets the service be the most comfortable.

Screw conveyor is designed for horizontal or inclined transportation of bulk product (it's perhaps to move in vertical surface, but not so often).

Blades can be solid for bulk products with good flowability. Also the blades can be assembled as paddles. This construction is for sticky materials./p>

External drive and limit bearings.

Inserts of suspended bearing made by caprolon. These bearings don't need periodic lubrication.

Screw transporters have standard diameters 160, 200, 250, 315, 400 mm.
