Grain-cleaning separator БСХ-100 is designed for cleaning grain from the impurities, different from it in size and aerodynamic properties.

Purpose:

Grain-cleaning separator БСХ-100 is designed for pre-cleaning (elevator mode) and final cleaning (flour mill mode) of grain (wheat, rye, oats etc.), cereals and legumes, industrial and oil crops, grass seeds from light, large and small, weed impurities, different from it in size and aerodynamic properties. It is cleaning through air flows and sieves to bring impurities to grain harvesting up to the parameters regulated by the rules for conducting processes and regulatory documents. It used at elevators, flour mills, cereal mills, feedstuff mills.

It has been made since 1994! More than 2200 units made for this time. These machines sre successfully operated in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Serbia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Uzbekistan.

The separators are intended for use as grain cleaning machines at agricultural enterprises, including at explosive production facilities. The separator is used as part of grain currents, in grain preparation departments at granaries, elevators, at flour mills, malt houses, feedstuff mills. etc. By the way, since 2002, we provided 156 machines in Russia, 128 ones for Kazakhstan, 134 ones for Lithuania, 166 ones for Poland, 47 pcs for Moldova, 201 pcs for Belarus, 13 pcs for Latvia, 2 pcs for Serbia, 2 pcs for Uzbekistan.

*For cleaning grain other than wheat, productivity is reduced as follows:

    • for rye and corn - up to 90%;
    • for millet and barley - up to 80%;
    • for buckwheat and oats - up to 70%;
    • for sunflower - up to 50% of the nominal.

Distinctive features of БСХ -100 from analogues according to the technological scheme:

  • Optimum ratio of the mesh size of the sieve frame and the sieve cleaner (rubber ball) for more effective cleaning of sieves from stuck particles.
  • Presence of inspection hatches to feeder control and visual inspection of grain cleaning process.
  • Presence of quick-action doors on the separator body to easy cleaning and serving of machine.
  • Easy repair because of simple access to the bearing units.
  • Large set of the aspiration equipment, namely: pneumatic channels with aspiration system, aspiration chambers with air closed cycle, feeder with ability of connecting to the aspiration system.
  • Presence of the sieves on the metal framework. This design helps to reduce physical and time costs when replacing sieves. Besides, these frameworks have more long service life than wood frames.

Design and operation:

The main units and parts of the separator are machine bed (1), body (2) with sieves frames (3), drive (4), traverses (5) with balancing mechanism and further on the items of the specification. The body is suspended from the frame on flexible suspensions.

Separator (Drawing 4 - 4б) consist of following units: frame (1), body (2) with sieve frames (3), drive (4), crosshead (5) with a balancing mechanism. The body is suspended from the frame on flexible suspensions. The frameworks of the frames are divided by longitudinal and transverse partitions into cells, in which rubber balls are placed, designed to clean the sieves from contamination.
