Pre-cleaning grain separator СПО-125 is designed for preliminary cleaning the incoming grain from the impurities. The raw grain is with a moisture content of up to 35% and waste impurity content of up to 20%.
Pre-cleaning grain separator СПО-125 is designed for preliminary cleaning the incoming grain from the impurities. The raw grain is with a moisture content of up to 35% and waste impurity content of up to 20%. The separator works in the receiving and preparation departments of mills, elevators, the grain processing lines. The machine made according to 3rd category of State Standard (No 15150, climatic execution “У”).

With an increase in the indicated norms of contamination and moisture content of the source material, the nominal productivity of the machine decreases by 2% - for each percentage increase in contamination and by 5% - for each percentage increase in moisture.
The machine СПО-125 (drawing 1,b) consists of: feeder (3), receiving chamber (1) and pneumatic aspiration system (2). These chambers made as assembled welded construction of sheet material. The machine SPO-125 differs from the machine SPO-80 in the design of the receiving chamber and the presence of a feeder.
The feeder consists of hopper, gate valve on the roller, controlled weights. There are drive and gearbox in the feeder.
Product to be cleaned goes to the feeder through receiving nozzle. By means of a swinging cargo metering valve, the grain heap is distributed and the product is evenly fed to the sieves. This swinging cargo metering valve is a gate valve which can reduce and increase the product feed gap due to vibrations. It makes a uniform product supply.
This swinging cargo metering valve is in constant motion due to rotating eccentric feeder roller. This makes it possible to avoid an arbitrary discharge of the product and promotes the forced supply of it to the work area.
Adjustment of valve counterweights carries out due to weights motion along levers. The adjustment depends on productivity and specific weight of the product. Counterweights should be regulated that the incoming product fills the volume so that it overlaps the upper viewing window by at least one third. In this time the raw product goes through receiving nozzle and hits the raw material layer in the hopper. It help to reduce wear and increase the operating life of the wall.
