Flakes processing includes the following stages and the list of required equipment:
- Stage 1. Cereal weighing. Semi-automatic scales are used on this stage.
- Stage 2. Air control is removal small impurities (bran flour) from cereal due to airflow of Air separator АСХ.
- Stage 3. Pre-heating is a preliminary heating of raw material. It performed using steam on screw conveyors (Ш-200).
- Stage 4. Cereal steam treatment. It makes due to high pressure steam contacts with the cereal. It carried out with temperature and humidity, and increases the consumer qualities of the final product. Processing is carried out with saturated steam in a steamers ПЗ-3, ПЗ-4.
- Stage 5. Drying. This stage is performed twice: before crushing grain and after it. The main purpose of drying is to eliminate surface moisture. This process is carried out in Air vibration dryer УСХ.
- Stage 6. Flatening. It's flakes cereal processing due to Flaking mills ПС-400 or ПС-600. After flattening the flakes are again dried and cooled in Air vibration dryer УСХ.
- Stage 7. Packing of finish product (cereal flakes).
As a result, flakes came out of buckwheat, barley, oat, rice and other cereals. And these flakes meet all modern requirements and standards. SIC “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD” equipment of flakes processing is provided with a warranty period of 15 months, as well as after-sales service.
