Export of equipment from SIC “AGRO-SIMO-MASHBUD” not limited exclusively to the western vector. The geography of export shipments is expanding, including to the east - to Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Russia. Last time our company supplied equipment for hydrothermal processing of cereal grain (Steamers ПЗ-1) to Kazakhstan.

As known, as a result the strength of the kernel increases due to starch gelatinization and protein denaturation, whereas shells become more fragile and easily separated. This allows you to get the maximum yield of finish product (fast cooking buckwheat 71-72%).

In a complex of equipment for hydrothermal processing, steamers improve grain process features and enhance useful and organoleptic qualities of the finished product. The cereal colour becomes more even and, it is cooked faster and gets fluffier. Groats has a rich aroma. Therefore, the quality of cereals and instant flakes (fast cooking flakes) mainly depends on the quality processing of grain and, in particular, on hydrothermal processing.
