For processing, grain is fed from storage bins for weighing in a weighing batcher and then to the grain cleaning department of a grain plant, where grain is cleaned of large, small, light, metal-magnetic and mineral impurities on screen separators (БСХ-3-01; БСХМ-16), air (АСХ-2,5; АСХ-5; АСХ-10), magnetic (Б8-БМП; Б8-БММ), turbo separator (TS), trireme (БТХМ; R6-TC-700), air sorting table (ПСС), stone picker (Р3-БКТ-100; ПКВ-3).
Next, the refined grain is fed to the hydrothermal processing unit. If necessary, buckwheat grain is fed to a humidifying machine (P6-UV-250) for humidification and then loaded into the hopper for smoothing. From the hopper, the grain is preheated in a steam-screw conveyor (Ш-200) and loaded into a batch steamer (PZ-1 (V = 0.5 m³; V = 1 m³; V = 1.3 m³)), where the grain is processed saturated steam. Steaming conditions (exposure, steam pressure) depend on the moisture content of the processed grain. After steaming, the grain is dried in a steam dryer (ВС-10М) and then cooled in a cooling column.
After the TRP, buckwheat is sent for fractionation (calibration) into six fractions in the cereal sifting section (RK-4, RK-2). A high-quality fractionation operation ensures a high yield of finished products. The number of fractions should be at least six, because uneven grain size distribution entails the presence of a subcup of neighboring fractions, which leads to overgrowing of cereals or, conversely, to skipping unshelled kernels with a kernel.
Peeling of buckwheat grain occurs on valdedek machines (SGR-400; SGR-600), each fraction has its own machine. In valdedek machines magnetic protection is provided. After peeling, the resulting mixture of cereals, husks and grain is sent for sorting into the screening section (RK-4, RK-2). The gathering of the sieving sections (unflaked grain) is returned to the operational hopper for additional peeling. Section passages (cereal + crusher) are collected and sent for drying in a steam dryer (ВС-10М). The husk is carried away by the air flow in the air separators (АСХ-2,5; АСХ-5; АСХ-10).
After drying to the required humidity, the cereal is sent to the sieving section (RK-4, RK-2) for control to separate the finished product (core and minced), as well as to isolate the flour from the cereal. Buckwheat groats are fed to the photo separator for control, and then through the air separator and through the magnetic separator to the storage bins of the finished product. Buckwheat was passed through an air separator (ASX-2.5; ASX-5; ASX-10) and a magnetic separator (B8-BMP; B8-BMM) enters the storage bin of the finished product.
Husk control is carried out on a centrifugal sifter (ЦС-1M) to isolate the flour. Purified buckwheat husk can be used for burning in boiler houses, and the flour is a valuable feed product for feeding animals.
Knocking out the nucleus is done by a weighing machine. After that, the bags are sewn up on a bag sewing machine and stacked on a pallet, which is then transported to the finished goods warehouse.
